Perspective Students

Highly-motivated PhD students are sought to start in Spring/Fall 2017 under Professor Dong Li in the areas of high performance computing, and parallel and distributed systems. Funding for students is expected to be in the form of research and/or teaching assistantships.

Desired qualifications:

    [1] C/C++ programing ability

    [2] Basic knowledge and experience with Linux system

Preferred qualifications (but not strictly required):

    [1] System programming experience

    [2] Experience or sufficient knowledge on parallel programming models (e.g., CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, and OpenCL)

    [3] Experience/interests in large-scale performance analysis and modeling, and computer architecture simulation
